Insight: awareness of the reality of the situation: judgement: ability to choose the right choice and course of action. Mental health assessment: adults: patient can view the mental health assessment as threatening, but their cooperation is necessary for its success, mental health assessment is preformed through unstructured observations which are made during history taking and physical examinations.
