More contemporary view is large corporations with capital investments and technology undertaking megaprojects which are large-scale resource developments: homeland; a place where aboriginal culture and language can flourish . People have strong appreciation for natural resources, culture and political/economic issues affecting their home. These don"t always mix well, however there"s been converging agreement to shift political power from federal to territorial governments.
