A network is a set of technologies that can be used to connect computers together, enabling them to communicate, exchange information, and share resources in real time. Allow many users to access programs and data at the same time. Make it easy for users and administrators to back up important data files. A network server is a central computer with a large storage device and resources that all users share. A file server is the server if it stores files for users to access, and updates will be saved on its files. When files are shared on networks available to many people, the data"s integrity needs to be protected. Read-only access prevents unauthorized users from making unwanted changes to the data.
