Ex of sv : 39bpm, 100/60 bp, sat 89% Nursing : pt on stretcher and heart monitor, full set of vitals, o2, iv drip normal saline, complete notes* Blood work : cbc, sma7, coags, trop, ck, x-match on hold. *** rx :bradycardia, hypotension : aspirine * best choice, nitro? (pressure), beta blocker ? (bradycardia) morphine(stay away as much as possible, we dont want mask the pain to much, only if really stress and anxious)
