Authenticity is the state of being true to oneself; it is a way of living in which your outward actions match up with your inner self because you know who you are and what you want to be. Authenticity less stress because true to yourself therefore less prone to the stress and tension that come from feeling the need to please others. Authentic leadership is authenticity in organizational leadership roles. From various definition, in common being self-aware, staying true to an internal sense of what is right, relating to others transparently. Authentic leaders influence individuals, the work environment, and organizational performance because others perceive them as having integrity and acting in predictable and consistent ways. People who work with a leader who is authentic tend to experience:
