Foreign jews w more than 10,000 reichsthaler must pay fee. Protected jews lose status if they stay away for > 1 yr w/out permission. Jews pay taxes quarterly as a body. Can only pursue manual trade with there is no guild. Can"t deal raw wool/yarns, raw hides, leathers. Can sell alcohol, some groceries/spices to other jews--not staples. Jews r allowed to deal in luxury goods and financial matters, used goods. Only jews from berlin can sell goods in berlin, except during fairs. Jewish beggars never let into borders, and immediately evicted when found. Jews must make sure that all their business dealings are legal and provide proof of it.
