Each pt on circle has linear velocity and linear acceleration related to angular quantities as: V = delta l/ delta t = r*angular velocity --- v = rw. Angular velocity is same for every point but linear velocity is greater for pts farther from axis of rotation (larger r) atan = r*aangular atotal = sum of angular and tangential accelerations ar = r*w^2. Place of force applied matters (perpendicular distance from axis ofroation to line along with force acts . If r_a = 3r_b then f_b is 3 times f_a. Angle of force affects magnitude of force that rotates door. Find lever arm (r_c) by drawing line along direction of f_c to point where line from axis of rotation is perpendicular to it.
