Poor self-p skills = ineffective at convincing others of what they are feeling even when they are telling the truth. Need as much self-p to present invalid info if it is to have the desired impact on the audience. Careful info packaging = more likely that good teacher"s goal will be accomplished. Spontaneity and expressiveness often involve self-centeredness and lack of concern for others. Self-p goals can be conveying an authentic portrayal of self, not just a deceptive one. You should be familiar with how self-presentation is said to be distinct from other behaviours.
