His argument in favour of tacit consent is poor, as while it does offer that the initial founders of the political authority voluntarily submitted to it, ------ lockes notion that growing up under a system is tacitly submitting to it seems unfounded. (bottom 341) His counter argument that if this were the case how are there so many lawful monarchies is also unfounded as he is assuming that lawful monarchies do in fact exist. (344)-113-5. His argument that being born under a system is free to have a right to command and become ruler in another district empire/government. Seems incomplete as while this may be the case, the individual had no say in which political system they grew up in poor rebuttal on 114: that people never do, suggesting that the commonality justifies it.
