In today"s work environment, impossible to do knowledge work without technology. Information system (is): organized collection of people, information, business processes and it, designed to transform inputs into outputs, to achieve a goal. Is enhances work, decision making, problem solving, communicating and coordinating. Input: items entered into a system to transform them into outputs. Process: series of one or more steps to transform inputs into outputs. 2: output: end result of a process, data: raw, unorganized facts.
