Personally, i do not think that some" hrm objectives are more important than others. The objectives of hrm"s that we have learnt are: improve profitability/productivity. 1: improve quality of work life, qwl, ensure legal compliance. I see these objectives as an equation a + b + c = successful organizational outcome. If we start interfering with what a could be, the formula would no longer equal a suc- cessful outcome.
