Need people to believe some deserve wealth b/c they"re born that way. Brazilian travesti- feminine men, attracted to masculine men. Iran- gay/trans men who want to live their lives as straight women can undergo sex assignment and switch all official documents to female. Gender ideologies change how we see/interpret the world, simplifies thinking process and makes it easier to divide. Ties to the category of sex and genitalia. Makes them seem natural, permanent, unchanging, universal.
