Valid argument, even if premises aren"t true; conclusions still follow from premises. Inferences-either valid or invalid, premises need to support evidence for conclusion to be true. Moral theories: moral theories: utilitarianism (john stewart mill, jeremey benthan), categorical. Both the fetus and the mother have equal rights to life. If you bring up a baby as a vegetarian, i am sure it could be as smart as any other human in this room.
