These examples from previous exams should give you an idea of the types of questions i will be asking on exams for this class. They do not guarantee that any of these questions will appear on the exams that you take. And don"t worry if you haven"t heard some of the terms in these examples; not every topic gets covered every year, and this year i may not include everything that was covered last year, and vice versa. Section 1 using 1 or 2 sentences, define the following terms, giving an example of a taxon (as indicated) to which each pertains. Your answer must include a taxon in which the process occurs. You may use drawings to augment your explanation, but a drawing alone is not sufficient to answer the question. Section 3 compare and contrast the following pairs. Be sure to include similarities as well as differences. Circulatory system of a spider vs. circulatory system of an insect.
