Physics is a natural science (different from a life science, e. g. biology). Physics is a natural science like geology. Physics strive to understand the physical world. To reduce the complexity, we focus on a system. Experimental physics- collecting data to learn functioning. These two work together to understand the complexity of the physical world. Means that only one variable is changed: results must be repeatable, systematic and random errors, avoid personal bias- let the data speak for itself.
