If person doesn"t pay off judgement: he/she may be forced to sell property in sheriff"s sale (writ of execution) Injunction - court order to cease (stop) doing something. Items that affect physical use of property are non-money encumbrances and include: easement, restrictions, encroachments, leases. Easement - right to enter, use, and exit another person"s land for certain purposes. Dominant tenement: land that benefits from easement that servient tenement gives up.
