Digestive system: gastrointestinal tract, tube extending from mouth to anus, about 9 meters long, what food passes through, accessory digestive organs, secrete various substances into the gi tract to aid in digestion. Includes: salivary glands, pancreas, liver, gallbladder, food does not pass through accessory organs, functions of gi tract.
