Tobacco, corn, potatoes, and peanuts were brought to europe, while wheat, rice, horses, cattle, pigs, sheep and sugarcane were brought to the new world. The colombian exchange also introduced disease that the native americans were extremely susceptible to, which made them weaker and easier to conquer.
