Latent groups- groups that have not yet organized, been given a voice. Lobbyist-members relationships- mutual relationship: lobby has to take care of members to keep members happy as they are heavily dependant on their members. Popular gov"t is always gonna generate into factions. So we will always have factions, but we will not always have enlightened statesmen. You can check interests with interests due to the sheer number of groups out there. With a lot of groups and proper design of government you can benefit from these groups. Pluralism is the study of political process (how does a decision or policy get made?). Process is the flow of agents and events within some policy area over time. but that political process varies depending on the area of the decision.
