Adjuvant therapy- anxiety treatments- lorazapam and the other pam. Less likely to have side effects- constipation stays though. Chronic pain patients- no ceiling dose to morphine- everyone has individual level which is good. Narcan/ naloxone- anecdote for opioids- only works on mu receptors shorter half life than opioids. Naloxone uses mu receptor too, but only lasts for a little while.
