I believe that i am a relatively strong writer. However, i tend to either lose focus or not answer the key question fully. I think i need some work using bigger words and forming more concise sentences. I am excited to go into this english 111 class because it seems really interesting in how the instructor ties the class with pop culture. I like this approach way better than the way my high school english teacher taught the class. I think the discussion portion of class will be very comfortable for me and i will improve my social skills by sharing my ideas and collaborating with others. I never thought of the writing process in how lamott explained it. I liked her thoughts and as i think more about these ideas, i agree with them completely. I always had thought that the greatest writers just had these amazing ideas flowing out of them like a never-ending wheel.
