All my sons is a tragedy that was written by arthur miller. Miller wrote an outstanding story that will allow for the audience to form opinions of each character and become in some way emotionally attached to some characters. The play has a great cast of characters with a strong plot. The producers used each element to serve a purpose in the play especially the costumes. The author and directors also had an intention to teach the audience something with this play. Overall, it is a great play that uses all elements of theater to tell a story with moral lessons. All my sons has a small handful of important characters that include a family of four. Joe is the father of this family, he is played by terry layman. Chris is played by justin sorvillo and larry"s character never is the mother of the family, she is played by kate shinner.
