Cheap labor- anywhere in the world > a solution to the split labor market within a capitalist system is possible. Integration and assimilation. ethnicity becomes insignificant all can freely and fully participate in socioeconomic political mainstream. individuals/groups leave their own tradition and become a part of a different group.
