Both police officers and the community face the devastating effects of corruption and brutality on a daily basis. They face loss of respect, accusations of hypocrisy and injustice. Americans we are supposed to be there for one another and work together to achieve a positive change in the community. Hopefully, with new, well thought out solutions we can restore the justice department and our community to serve this country as it was intended. The loss of disrespect is due to police officers punishing individuals who actually have done nothing wrong. Innocent individuals are being taken from their homes, beaten and even worse, being killed due to the incorrect assumptions police officers are taking action on. In many cases we see police officers involved in these wrongful crimes then later the charges are. Simply dropped , however, what isn"t considered is the ramifications.
