Internationalization process model is a model contain of five categories: domestic focus, per- export stage, experimental involvement, active involvement, and committed involvement. Internalization theory is a theory when firm manage one or more chain activities inside operations. In short, it"s when company use its own source instead of reaching out to other company for resources. This helps firm to have the advantage of having cheaper transaction and increase of firm"s efficiency. This mean the firm would be more independent instead of relying on third party, this mean they can increase quality control. A good example of internalization theory would be my intern place. Due to our company being a small company, my boss decided to put the people that does data entry on front desk duty as well.
