Tokyo: father seems way more involved than in other places: this changes though because america is the most involved. Parents work collaboratively to raise their children (in most cases) Namibia: much more intimacy between child and mother: also lots of interaction between children, lots of breastfeeding, even if the child is not yours, one scene in the documentary showed a woman breastfeeding another woman"s child. America: mother and father are very involved: mommy and me class. Mongolia: very isolated: siblings are very close. Japanese children get frustrated when toys don"t work . Japanese babies also don"t like the zoo, while other cultures (mongolia and namibia) are ne around animals solely because they grow up around them. Mongolian baby and american baby interact with cats differently. Namibian culture: everyone shares everything: signs of imitation at a very young age. Japanese and mongolian baby stood without support.
