Whole foods aims to refashion its image b/c of falling prices. Rise of competitors= lower commodity costs, falling grocery store prices: don"t feel stuck: it"s time to update your career blueprint . Take a series of steps and pilot projects to keep expanding your skills and network. Take time out to take stop of what is working. Do not allow your network to stagnate. Open communication: workplace diversity efforts get a reboot. Companies reexamine what they do to ensure an inclusive workplace. Some workers may resent/feel excluded by diversity efforts.
