By altering arrival rates, service rates, number of servers, ordering of customer orders, number of lines, number of systems, etc. we demonstrated how customers and servers fared. Know how to do all of the problems on the additional problem set. Calculate them: single server models - formulas (n, t, l, s, p), interpreting data, multiple server models - interpreting data.
