Because of their environment, up to 99% of their caloric intake comes from meat form whale, fish, walruses and seal. In most cultures, meat is a symbol of wealth. As the country gets richer, its citizens wants to eat more meat. As shown in the graph above, wealthier countries such as australia, usa and canada are on top of the list of meat eaten per capita. Meat is the most dangerous of the foods we eat.
