When people are in a bad place in their life and are constantly trapped in a feeling of hopelessness and constantly feeling distressed. These people are more subjective to believing anything they hear because they are always in a state of doubt (1). When people are driven by superstition based on doubt it is easy for it to become regular or a type of practice perhaps even a religion, according to spinoza superstition is caused by fear where someone is easily swayed. People will turn to anyone or anything for advice when they are feeling unsure to receive guidance. During this time good memories are reminisced and this i referred as an omen. This can later turn into religion because these practices will become natural (2)
