It can include personal accounts, feelings, observations, images such as photos and drawings, and personal beliefs. Allows to get at what, why and how people act and think in certain ways. The philosophy of how we come to know: what we can be said to know. Its reliability, and what constitutes justification for holding a belief and thereby deeming that belief to be knowledge.
