China won"t overturn order because they are doing well in it. Western order accommodates to rising powers (have opportunity to gain power and play. Us and china have nuclear weapons: limits the chance for the order to be overturned. China first embraced rules of order for defensive/economic reasons but now is using rules. Economy is only 60% of us economy to promote its development governing role) Integration in the system in a result of ww2 where the us established itself as a great power but it created a system that encouraged participation from great powers and new states. China can drive in this system but the western system will still exist. Economy has quadrupled since 1970s, estimated to double in next decade.
