Table makes no effort to factor in scale or duration of individual conflicts. Canada s conflicts are korea (1950-1953), the first gulf war (1990-1991), the unitaf mission in somalia (1992-1993), kosovo (1999), and afghanistan (2001-2014). Arguably, the second gulf war could also be counted (e. g. , given the number of canadian exchange soldiers who served in iraq between 2003 and 2010). The 2011 mission in libya and the 2014-2015 mission to iraq fall outside the time parameters of this table.
