Ie: one provider wishes care users understand care providers are also human, that they have feelings: problems mentioned in lecture: negotiation might not always leads to what they expected. In one case mentioned in lecture 8, worker tried to negotiate with employers/management they should get care user involved during processes. Management refused by saying they could not force them to join so management would not do much to help. Another case mentioned on same lec slide stated that care users refused to use this care provider because of her skin color.
