The codified laws prepared after the second secession. Overthrew the law barring plebeians and patricians from intermarrying. Allowed for one elected consul to be a plebeian, set a limit on land owned, debt reform. Changed the law to one consul must be a plebeian. The centuriate assembly could pass laws without the approval of the senate.
