Other factors that influence behaviour include: machiavellianism, narcissism, self-monitoring, prosperity for risk taking, type a and b, proactive personalities. Emotions: emotions are intense feelings that are directed at someone or something, these could be both positive or negative. If a manager is aware of emotions, they can predict behaviour better which can help performance: positive emotions can enhance the organizational performance, by enhancing motivation etc, understand the importance of emotional intelligence. Human organizations should be amendale to be improved. You can have all the engineering talent and technology in the world but if you don"t organize and manage it properly it won"t get you anywhere.
