Roles were assigned in second meeting, which every group member attended, making members accountable to each other. Too many opinions were presented/cost of certain video apps. It is vital to have all group members present at all meetings as time is wasted in future meetings, group members become unsure of roles, and overall communication becomes much more difficult. It is important for each group member to see current changes happening to report as input can be made at any time.
