Frhd 3190 lectures the early years are crucial for a child"s healthy development. These early experiences have significant and long-lasting effects on a child"s development and later life. Since these early experiences are so influential it is important to consider how we can help all children have them. Providing access to universal early learning and care experiences is one action that is thought to help ensure all children have beneficial early childhood experiences. Though some deny the importance of universal early learning and care, there are many rationales for its implementation. It can be seen as the right of the child, a social justice concern, an economic investment, and important for preventing the loss of a child"s future potential. As professionals working with children in this early stage of their lives it is important for us to understand the significant influence we will have on their development.
