Career situations for leadership and communication: an autocratic leadership isn"t very popular and would never be desired by employees for their leader to have. I myself would never enjoy a leader that will make decisions solely based on her ideas without considering any advice from her followers. However, it is not a very smooth idea to become passive-aggressive in order to deal with an autocratic leader. If my colleagues and i become passive-aggressive then the leader will still continue to do what she has to do but instead just provide a few apologies for cover up. Moreover, we should never take choices or articulations of an autocratic leader to heart. This will allow us to be passive-aggressive but also maintain a constant formal work attitude as it is a safe play. In addition, it is very important for us to focus on our work in order to stay out of sight of trouble.
