Thing to do in assignment 2 and final exam: 1- go to file>info>project information and type the project name, project manager. 2- go to file>info>project start date and enter the project start date. 3- go back to task>gantt chart view and start typing the tasks and for each task type sub tasks. Start with start task and end your tasks with project end . For those tasks with sub tasks just enter the duration for sub tasks. 5- do not enter the start and finish time for each task. 6- after completing the tasks start assign predecessor for each task. Again if your tasks have sub tasks, just assign predecessor for sub tasks. 7- msp automatically assign start and finish date. 8- make sure that all your tasks set to automatic scheduling. 9- add project summary task to your project. Make sure it is set to make a copy of standard calendar .
