Where the air moves down is also at same place as sub-tropical high. In the tropics air converges (trade winds converge) and air is pushed up, the air cools and drops back down to form the sub-tropical high. Ferrel cell- driven by the other 2 cells. Note: the trade winds and mid latitude westerlies are at angles- earths spin. The stronger a force the larger the acceleration (or mass)
