Communication can be defined as the study of the relentless search for connection with others around us. In communication we are simultaneously fascinated with our ability to connect with others but, also frightened about the way the connection can alter how we do or think something. Appreciating communication therefore, is the understanding and adoration of what it means to be human. Media technologies have come to play a greater and greater role in our search for technology. We can use symbols or images to communicate ideas and feelings.
