The readings for this week both address this question in different ways. Scarr and mccartney focus on genetics -one of the foundations, very particular ideas, different set of genetics and experiences, genetics and expressions: key concepts. Human genome - same building blocks, it"s how you use them that makes them different. The complete set of genetics information for humans: key concepts. It is an increased likelihood of developing a particular disease based on a person"s genetic makeup. People commonly think about it as how we expressed our genetic inheritance but : key concepts. The outward physical manifestation of our genotype which is the internally coded, inheritable information: genetics. Think of it in terms of a recipe. Differences between products can be attributed to ingredients or environment.
