By the way it works fine when connecting to Windows, Chrome and Edge.
Anyway I'm doing this from home not from the workplace or school.
I also deleted *.gradle directory that didn't resolve the issue.
Using Gradle version 8.4 see picture. Also I noticed when I create new flutter device from command prompt it I get a pubspec.yaml, but when I do it from the latest Android Studio Giraffe it doesn't create a pubspec.yaml. So that's the reason why I create new flutter device form command prompt.
