I want to design vertical sluice gate on river. The river width is 7.3M and depth is 1.5m. So how big the opening of the sluice gate? What is the height after the sluice gate? What is the night after the hydraulic jump? What is the critical depth? Explain about subcritical and supercritical in this situation? Froude number? Anything I have to consider before I design?
