A negative point charge (q1= -2.0 µC) is on the + x-axis at x =+0.40 m and a positive point charge (q2 = +4.0 µC is on the -x-axis at x = -0.40 m. What is the x-coordinate of the point on thex-axis where the resultant electric field of the two charges iszero? (This point is in addition to the trivial answers of x = +8and x = -8)
