I am unsure how to approach the problem. If I use Coulomb'sLawand set up two different equations and solve for q, thetwoequations produce two different values of q. I don'tunderstand howthe two situations (10.0 ÂµC at (40cm,0)and 10.0 ÂµC at (17.8cm,0))relate to each other.
