A 2.16-kg object on a frictionless horizontal track is attached tothe end of a horizontal spring whose force constant is 5.00 N/m.The object is displaced 3.28 m to the right from its equilibriumposition and then released, initiating simple harmonicmotion.
(a) What is the magnitude of the force acting on the object 3.50 safter it is released?
(b) How many times does the object oscillate in 3.50 s? (Do notround your response to an integer.)

for part a, I have already tried finding angular frequency (i got1.52145 rad/sec) and using that to find x using the equationx=Acos(wt). for x, i got 3.2658m. I then used hookes law F=-kx(k=5, x=3.2658) to find the force (i got 16.329 every time). i dontknow what i am doing wrong, can anyone help me?
