Question

I am unfamiliar with the trigonometry unit and I've switched schools halfway through the semester. I've just been let with a bunch of worksheets to complete in order to save my credit. I don't understand this question at all and need to be walked through it. There are no available teachers at my new school willing to help, nor are there any at my previous school. Please help me
