Opposing Defendant: Hotel Manager

- 35-year-old, 6’5” in height, 280lbs, and is from New Hampshire.
- He makes 1 million dollars a year
- He has a spouse and has two kids. The kids ages are 5 & 8. They go to private school and your defendant pays $100,000 a year for their school per total.
- They live in a house that’s $2,000,000 and has a 1.9 million mortgage on it.
- They have no savings
- No disability insurances
- 2 lease cars a Porsche 911 that’s $1,500 a month and a BMW at $800 a month.
- The husband is intoxicated from alcohol and starts to jump on the diving board to impress his kids. He then dives into the pool and breaks his neck and become a quadriplegic (Affected by or relating to paralysis of all four limbs).
- You the attorney must defend your client in anyway or form.
